Falcon Enamelware Roasters - Recommended and Used by Elaine Boddy of foodbod Sourdough

These traditional enamelled roasters are recommended for baking bread as they hold moisture and allow the bread to rise fully.

Lighter than a cast iron dutch oven or a terracotta cloche, so they are easier to handle and faster to heat up and cool down. Also very easy to clean.
