Returns

We hope you will be delighted with your order.

If there are any problems with your order or you'd like to return something please contact us or email us at support@TheBreadCompany.co.uk

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations (Consumer Protection Regulations 2000) you have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of receiving it.

You may return items you no longer want in original condition within 30 days of receipt of your order. If you have changed your mind, you will have to pay the return postage.

Please include your Order Number and an explanation of your return reason. We will let you know where to return the item.

When returning items, please ensure:

  • Returned items are in the original or similar packaging, so that no damage occurs in transit. We do not accept liability for items damaged during return to us if not packed properly.
  • Items have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • You obtain a Proof of Posting receipt (this is separate to your payment receipt.)

 

If an item is damaged when you receive it, or faulty, of course you can return it at any time and we will pay the return postage.  Please include a photo when contacting us and be prepared to return it - at our cost - if requested.

Refunds will be issued via the payment method used originally. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to reach your account.
