Refund policy

Return policy: We accept return of unwanted items in original condition as long as you notify us by email of your intention to return within 14 calender days.

Please let us know before posting the item back to us at your expense. A refund will be given when we have received and checked the item, minus our original post and packing costs.

As we sometimes subsidise the initial postage fees, there is every possibility that return fees will be greater than the original postage costs.
Similarly we cannot accept liability for loss or damage during return transit and recommend you take out adequate insurance to cover the full cost of the order in case of damage, loss or theft during transit.
Using Royal Mail, confirmation of posting is no guarantee of delivery and items should be sent via an insured "signed for" service.

Items that are Damaged or Faulty when delivered: Of course if the item is faulty or not as described we will refund all that you have paid, using the original payment method. We will normally require the items to be returned to us but at our expense.

If items and/or packaging are received damaged, please note that we will need photographs of the items and /or packaging before attempting to resolve the problem; this is so we can prove damage to Royal Mail or other courier company.
