Cleaning Brush for Banneton, Brotform, Proving Basket

Designed for use with our woodpulp brotforms but equally effective for cane and wicker proving baskets / bannetons.

This brush is just stiff enough to brush flour and dried dough from a banneton. With shorter bristles for firmer scrubbing and longer bristles at one end to really get into the crevices.
