Falcon 26cm Round Roaster

This size is recommended and used by Elaine Boddy of foodbod Sourdough.

These traditional enamelled roasters are recommended for baking bread as they hold moisture and allow the bread to rise fully.

Oven Safe up to 270°C

Lighter than cast iron, so they are easier to handle and faster to heat up and cool down. Also very easy to clean.

Internal Measurements: 26cm Diameter, 11cm Height beneath lid at outer edge, rising towards the centre.

External Measurements: Maximum 33cm with handles, 15.5cm Height with handle
