Falcon 30cm Oval Roaster

These traditional enamelled roasters are recommended for baking bread as they hold moisture and allow the bread to rise fully.

Oven Safe up to 270°C

Lighter than cast iron, so they are easier to handle and faster to heat up and cool down. Also very easy to clean.

Internal Measurements: 30cm Long, 21cm Wide, 11cm Height beneath lid at outer edge, rising towards the centre.
