This French-made "bean" shaped scraper is fully flexible and comfortable to use and perfect for a wide range of tasks, particularly cleaning bowls and surfaces.

I once gave my only sample away to a friend and was desperate until more of these arrived from France, as nothing else I have is as good for getting the last bits of a sticky sourdough out of my kitchen mixer's bowl.
